Welcome to my practice! I am a licensed Psychologist who has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of issues.
Every person is unique, and each life situation is different; therefore, I adapt a variety of interventions and techniques in order to help my clients achieve their personal goals towards emotional wellness and balance.
I utilize an interactive, supportive, and multifaceted approach, and pull from a variety of theoretical approaches to help conceptualize and guide treatment for each of my clients.
These approaches include:

- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- Psychodynamic Therapy
Training & Experience
I graduated with Honors in Human Development from Cornell University. I then received my Master’s and Doctoral Degrees in Clinical Psychology from Long Island University / C.W. Post in Brookville, New York, with a concentration in the study of serious and persistent mental illness.

Worked with children and adolescents requiring a heightened level of care after receiving my doctoral degree, in a Residential Treatment Center at St. Christopher's, Inc. in New York, as well as in Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs at Stepping Forward Counseling Center
